Planning for Profit Workshop – Tuesday 16th May 2017

Matt Schlyder, Director of FWO Chartered Accountants, known as 'The Lawyers Accountant', is running a 'not to be missed' event to assist law firms grow their profit. This is usually only available to clients of the firm, so this is a real opportunity to seek expert knowledge and help your team increase your firm's profit.

"The workshop will focus on the fundamental actions that legal firms need to take to drive improvement in profitability and cash flow. I’ll be working through the key strategies that firms are using to improve profitability and cash flow out of the work that they are currently doing, without focusing on new matters. I strongly recommend that all principals and practice managers attend, preferably together, so you can take some time out to work on your firm. At the end of the workshop, you’ll be drilling your actions down to a maximum of 3 or 4 items to take away and implement."

Legal firms are encouraged to attend in person, however the event does have a webcasting option, so your team can join in from anywhere with a reasonable internet connection.
